Demo version 0.5.0 Quality of Life Update

• Win state
• See which obstacle you are currently on
• Main menu updates
• Main menu screen rotates around some obstacles that are firing
• Options menu
• Ability to lock/unlock the FPS. Set to 120 by default
• Volume control
• Some behind the scenes work, like more meta information for each obstacle
• Added ability to center camera on rat by pressing Y
